A: Yes! We are an authorized Rawlings retailer. All our products are 100% authentic and guaranteed to meet Rawlings’ high quality standards.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from and how long does processing take?
A: All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Memphis, TN, USA within 1-2 business days.
Q: What shipping options are available?
A: We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL/FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipping
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipping
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: We ship globally with a few exceptions. Currently, we cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote/conflict regions. Please check your country availability at checkout.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
