Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

You may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
  • Baseball Cleats (if worn outdoors)
  • Baseball Socks
  • Batting Gloves (if used)
  • Baseballs (if used or removed from original packaging)
  • Apparel & Uniforms (if the hygiene seal is broken or tags are removed)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
  2. Provide Details: Tell us the reason for the return or exchange and whether you would like a refund, store credit, or a different size/product.
  3. Receive Instructions: We will email you within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship the item.
  4. Ship the Item: Carefully package the unused item in its original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your request.

Refund Timing & Method

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • Store Credit: If you choose store credit, it will be issued immediately as a digital gift card code via email upon approval of your return.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
