  • Shipping Methods & Times:
    • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
  • Shipping Regions: We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote areas due to logistical constraints.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  4. Ship the Item: Package the unused item in its original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your request promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Baseball Cleats (if worn outdoors)
  • Baseball Socks
  • Batting Gloves (if used)
  • Baseballs (if used or removed from original packaging)
  • Apparel & Uniforms (if the hygiene seal is broken or tags are removed)

Refund Timing & Method

After we receive and inspect your return, please allow:

  • 1-2 business days for us to process your return.
  • Refund Methods:
    • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
    • Store Credit: Issued immediately as a digital gift card code via email upon approval.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item.
